From St Peter's Hill, which is a fairly steep slope, the cottage can be reached on foot by approx 15 steps that lead directly into the garden or by going up St Peter's Steps; both accessible from the high street.

The interior of the cottage has been furnished to the highest of standards and decorated in contemporary neutral, contrasted by white woodwork and beamed ceilings. Added touches such as the chrome rail and coat hooks in the hall and built-in bookshelves on the stairs means there is a place for everything. The property has full gas central heating.
